Visa information / Visa-enregistrement

Participants who require a visa to enter Slovenia need to request a Letter of guarantee, which will be issued by the Conference secretariat. The letter of guarantee facilitates participant´s visa arrangements only, and does not imply provision of any financial or other support. 

Information on visas and addresses of embassies is available on the web site of the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In case you will apply for a visa at an embassy, please fill in the form below in order to obtain the letter of guarantee and fax it to +386-1-477-3935 or send it by e-mail to oercongress2017@ijs.si. 

Participants who already possess a valid Schengen visa type C or a valid residence permit issued by another Schengen country do not need to obtain an additional visa to enter Slovenia.

Les participants ayant besoin d’un visa pour entrer en Slovénie doivent demander une lettre de garantie, qui sera fournie par le secrétariat du Congrès. La lettre de garantie facilite seulement les procédures d’obtention du visa, et n’implique aucun soutien financier.
Les informations sur le visa et les adresses des Ambassades sont disponibles sur le site Internet du Ministère des Affaires Etrangères slovène. Au cas où vous feriez la demande de visa auprès d’une Ambassade, veuillez remplir le formulaire ci-dessous afin d’obtenir la lettre de garantie et envoyez-le par fax au +386-1-477-3935 ou par courriel à oercongress2017@ijs.si.
