VISA REQUIREMENTS
Participants who require a visa to enter Slovenia need to request a letter of guarantee which will be issued by the Conference Secretariat. Payment of registration fee should be settled before the visa procedure starts. The letter of guarantee facilitates participant´s visa arrangements only, and does not imply provision of any financial or other support. For citizens of many countries, a valid passport (or personal identity card for residents of EU) is sufficient to enter Slovenia. (Participants are advised to inquire into visa requirements at the nearest Slovenian embassy or consulate). Information on visas and addresses of Slovenian embassies is available on the web site of the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at: www.mzz.gov.si. In case you will apply for a visa at any Slovenian embassy, please fill in the form below in order to obtain the letter of guarantee and fax it to +386-1-24-17-296 or send it attached in an e-mail to registration@cd-cc.si at least two months before arrival. The organiser is authorized to demand payment of registration fee before the visa procedure starts. Please note that all costs are to be covered by the participant (verification tax and dhl post costs if needed).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS⁠

Registration is binding. Amendments to the registration package (for example adding Workshops/Tutorials pass or Guest Registration) are possible and should be completed directly in the registrations system by logging into the registration account. The fee for any amendment is 10 €/registration.

Notifications and cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail to registration@cd-cc.si. 

Cancellations will be accepted until 2018 May 4th with a refund of all paid fees, less an administration charge of 50 €.
After 2018 May 4th no refunds will be given and the fees will be charged fully.

If unable to attend, the registered person may substitute someone else from the same institute/organization by sending a notification to registration@cd-cc.si.

The organizers reserve the right for price changes.
