Visa Requirements
Participants who require a visa to enter Slovenia need to request a letter of guarantee which will be issued by the Forum Secretariat. Payment of registration fee should be settled before the visa procedure starts. The letter of guarantee facilitates participant´s visa arrangements only, and does not imply provision of any financial or other support. For citizens of many countries, a valid passport (or personal identity card for residents of EU) is sufficient to enter Slovenia. (Participants are advised to inquire into visa requirements at the nearest Slovenian embassy or consulate). Information on visas and addresses of Slovenian embassies is available on the web site of the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at: www.mzz.gov.si. In case you will apply for a visa at any Slovenian embassy, please fill in the form below in order to obtain the letter of guarantee and fax it to +386-1-24-17-296 or send it attached in an e-mail to registration@cd-cc.si at least two months before arrival. The organiser is authorized to demand payment of registration fee before the visa procedure starts. Please note that all costs are to be covered by the participant (verification tax and dhl post costs if needed).

You are kindly requested to send any cancellations of registrations, which are to include your full bank account details, in writing to the WCF 2019 Registration, Cankarjev dom.

Please be advised that refunds will be issued after the Forum.

Please note that when a cancellation has been received:
– before January 31, 2019 registration payment fee will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR.
– between February 1 to March 30, 2019 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

We regret to inform you that when a cancellation has been received after and on April 1, 2019 payment will not be refunded.
