A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked in Ljubljana with arrival April 22 and departure April 26, 2026 for the congress. Additional nights can be confirmed if available.
Accommodation can be secured by credit card only and is payable directly to the hotel upon check-out.

Prices are in EUR and include one night stay per room including buffet style breakfast (VAT and tourist tax included).

Participants who require a visa to enter Slovenia need to request a letter of guarantee which will be issued by the Congress Secretariat. Payment of registration fee should be settled before the visa procedure starts. The letter of guarantee facilitates a participant´s visa arrangements only, and does not imply provision of any financial or other support. For citizens of many countries, a valid passport (or personal identity card for residents of EU) is sufficient to enter Slovenia. Participants are advised to inquire into visa requirements at the nearest Slovenian embassy or consulate. Information on visas and addresses of Slovenian embassies is available on the website of the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, www.mzz.gov.si. In case you apply for a visa at a Slovenian embassy, please fill in the form below in order to obtain the letter of guarantee and send by e-mail to registration@cd-cc.si at least two months before arrival. The organizer is authorized to request payment of registration fee before the visa procedure starts.

NB: All costs related to the letter of guarantee are to be covered by the participant (verification tax and DHL post costs, if required).
