Visa requirements

Participants who require a visa to enter Slovenia need to request a letter of guarantee which will be issued by the Congress Secretariat. Payment of registration fee should be settled before the visa procedure starts. The letter of guarantee facilitates a participant´s visa arrangements only, and does not imply provision of any financial or other support. For citizens of many countries, a valid passport (or personal identity card for residents of EU) is sufficient to enter Slovenia. Participants are advised to inquire into visa requirements at the nearest Slovenian embassy or consulate. Information on visas and addresses of Slovenian embassies is available on the website of the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, www.mzz.gov.si. In case you apply for a visa at a Slovenian embassy, please fill in the form below in order to obtain the letter of guarantee and send by e-mail to registration@cd-cc.si at least two months before arrival. The organizer is authorized to request payment of registration fee before the visa procedure starts.

Summary

Cancellation policy:
Before February 25, 2026 are non-chargeable.
From February 26 to March 31, 2026 one night will be charged to your credit card.
After April 1,2026 the entire stay of accommodation will be charged to your credit card.
“No show” the entire stay of accommodation will be charged to your credit card.

Group booking conditions:

Accommodation bookings for larger groups of participants necessitate a one-night deposit. 
Until January 31, 2026 full accommodation needs to be paid in order for the specified rooms to be booked. 
Any changes or cancellations will be accepted until January 31, 2026. 
Refunds less a 60 EUR handling fee will be given before January 31, 2026.
From February 1,2026 onwards, no refund will be possible.
