Accommodation booking

A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked in Ljubljana with arrival April 22 and departure April 26, 2026 for the congress. Additional nights can be confirmed if available.
Accommodation can be secured by credit card only and is payable directly to the hotel upon check-out.

Prices are in EUR and include one night stay per room including buffet style breakfast (VAT and tourist tax included).

Summary

Cancellation of registration

All cancellations of registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than April 10, 2026, will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Symposium.

Cancellation received after April 11, 2026, will not be refunded.
