TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All cancellations of conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than 5 May 2022 will be refunded in full except
for the administrative fee of EUR 50. Refunds will be made after the conference has concluded. Cancellation received after May 6, 2022, will not be refunded.

Accommodation Cancellations Policy

Before 15 April 2022 cancellations are non-chargeable.
After 16 April 2022 one night stay will be debited to your credit card.
After 1 July 2022 the entire stay will be debited to your credit card.

COVID-19

In case of external factors beyond their control, the organizers retain the right to change the pricing, inclusions, and/or type of conference.
