Visa Requirements
Participants who require a visa to enter Slovenia need to request a letter of guarantee which will be issued by the Conference Secretariat. Payment of registration fee should be settled before the visa procedure starts. The letter of guarantee facilitates participant´s visa arrangements only, and does not imply provision of any financial or other support. For citizens of many countries, a valid passport (or personal identity card for residents of EU) is sufficient to enter Slovenia. (Participants are advised to inquire into visa requirements at the nearest Slovenian embassy or consulate). Information on visas and addresses of Slovenian embassies is available on the web site of the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at: www.mzz.gov.si. In case you will apply for a visa at any Slovenian embassy, please fill in the form below in order to obtain the letter of guarantee and fax it to +386-1-24-17-296 or send it attached in an e-mail to registration@cd-cc.si at least two months before arrival. The organiser is authorized to demand payment of registration fee before the visa procedure starts. Please note that some costs are to be covered by the participant (dhl post costs if needed).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


All cancellations of Congress registration and study tours, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than May 30, 2018 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Congress. Cancellations received after May 31, 2018 will not be refunded. 

Authors with accepted papers don't receive registration refunds.

Hotel accommodation cancellations received before and on July 10, 2018 are free of charge. After this date, one night stay will be charged to your credit card.
