Visa requirements

Participants who require a visa to enter Slovenia need to request a letter of guarantee which will be issued by the Congress Secretariat. Payment of registration fee should be settled before the visa procedure starts. The letter of guarantee facilitates a participant´s visa arrangements only, and does not imply provision of any financial or other support. For citizens of many countries, a valid passport (or personal identity card for residents of EU) is sufficient to enter Slovenia. Participants are advised to inquire into visa requirements at the nearest Slovenian embassy or consulate. Information on visas and addresses of Slovenian embassies is available on the website of the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, www.mzz.gov.si. In case you apply for a visa at a Slovenian embassy, please fill in the form below in order to obtain the letter of guarantee and fax it to +386-1-24-17-296 or e-mail it to registration@cd-cc.si at least two months before arrival. The organiser is authorized to request payment of registration fee before the visa procedure starts.

Summary

Cancellation of registration

 All cancellations of Conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than 20 May 2026 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 100 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Conference. No refunds or changes are possible after this date.

Cancellation of accommodation

Before May 5, 2026, are non-chargeable.
From 6 - 30 May, 2026, one night will be debit to your credit card.
After May 31, 2026 the entire stay of accommodation will be debit to your credit card.
